Founded in 2003, Quadrant Construction Inc. is an unlimited licensed Commercial Construction company. Quadrant has grown to become one of Eastern North Carolina’s most respected commercial contracting firms.
Quadrants successful entry into the commercial construction industry is due to the experience of the four partners who have extensive backgrounds in both residential and commercial construction combine with their pursuit to achieve on-time delivery and complete customer satisfaction without sacrificing quality or safety.
Meet The PartnersChris Whaley - Managing Partner
Mr. Whaley received his Bachelor of Science Degree from East Carolina University in Greenville North Carolina in 1994. Soon after graduation, he joined HCI, a subsidiary of W.T. Humphrey Construction Group. HCI is the Fire and Damage Restoration division.
During Chris's career with HCI he was able to gain extensive experience in the areas of fire and water damage due to two hurricanes that ravaged our area. Because of the heavy work demand he was immediately involved in both estimating and restoration.
He was moved into the estimating department for approximately five years after these two devastating hurricanes, where he estimated and managed jobs starting from $25,000 up to $20 million.
Chris finished his career with W.T. Humphrey as a Project Estimator for Pro Construction prior to his resignation to start Quadrant Construction, Inc.
Today, Chris manages all the project teams and is typically found at various job sites daily in an effort to maintain exceptional quality control and on-time delivery.
